Peach Wine #4 and Apple Wine #3

Been a while since I've blogged anything, but I finally bottled my first Peach and Apple wines. I think they both came out pretty good for a first try. The Peach has more flavor than the Apple, and both are drinkable.

I think I'll invest in an apple press for next time. The apple pulp is just too unmanageable. Plus I could make a cider like James Page told me about. Apple juice + yeast and wait, then done, heh.

The whole experience was pretty fun, and now I have two carboys just sitting in the back bedroom. I think I'll do a lime wine during the Christmas break.
